What is the main business of your company?
We are a supply chain service company headquartered in China, founded in 1993. Initially engaged in customs clearance business, we have now developed into a comprehensive company providing one-stop international trade procurement services. We assist global clients in purchasing high-quality food, packaging, machinery and other products in China and Southeast Asia, providing full process support from product selection, factory inspection, logistics to customs clearance.
What product categories do you handle?
We are a full-category supply chain service provider, focusing on food categories, including: baked goods (cookies, pastries, etc.), sauces (sweet sauce, chili sauce, jam, seasoning sauce), snack foods, food raw materials, packaging, mechanical equipment, instant food, canned food, instant drinks, grain and oil seasoning, etc.
Do you support customization?
Yes, we support packaging customization, OEM private label processing, formula adjustment and other services to meet the needs of different markets.
What are your price advantages?
We have long-term cooperation with factories, so we can get ex-factory prices 5-10% lower than the market. At the same time, we support consolidated container procurement and DDP door-to-door service to help you save intermediate link costs.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for trial orders is very flexible, and we can start cooperation with small orders. We will provide the optimal procurement plan based on your target market and order type.
Do you support one-stop procurement?
Yes, we provide full-process services from product selection, factory inspection, order follow-up, export, customs declaration, logistics to destination customs clearance, truly achieving "one-stop centralized procurement".
How do you control product quality?
We only cooperate with factories with qualification certificates, and can arrange third-party inspection and factory inspection according to customer requirements. Food products support international certifications such as FDA, halal, and BPOM.
Do you provide samples?
We have overseas exhibition centers in Malaysia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and other places, where customers can view and select samples on site. We can also mail samples to your designated address.
